Scroll & Stick Image

The image is inserted into an HTML5 figure element so that ot can have a caption as well as alt text for SEO.
The image can be created as a hyperlink to an internal or external page with the option to open in a new window.
The image in this example will scroll with the rest of the page content until it reaches a point 10px from the top of the browser where it will stick intil the page is scrolled back down again.
