Drop Shadow 3D Image Frame Effect

Although EverWeb offers a 3D style image "frame", it uses yet another image which contributes to slow page download time. This widget uses pure CSS for greater efficiency.
The image can have an optional caption and be configured as a hyperlink to internal and external pages if required.
The "frame" effect is created by adding padding and a box shadow or border. The background exposed by adding padding has background color and opacity controls.
The 3D effect drop shadow has controls for shadow radius, blur radius angle and color.
